Many community action plans stall or are dismissed too quickly due to lack of funding or support. Winning Communities will work to ensure that your community's important goals are realized by assisting with identifying funding sources such as community development grants for community projects.

As your community consultant, Winning Communities can help you:

• Brainstorm possible sources of local, regional and national grant funding
• Connect the community with organizations that may assist with grant funding, such as foundations or endowments
• Write and submit grant applications or grant proposals for funding projects

To ensure success, Winning Communities can be placed on retainer for ad hoc meetings and periodic reviews.

Once a community has successfully made progress toward achieving its goals as outlined in the Winning Communities vision and action plan, the community becomes eligible for the Certified Winning Communities designation.
